Terms and Conditions

Must be at least 21 years of age to reserve or check into a room, all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No pets are allowed except those assisting guests.

Deposit Policy:  To guarantee your reservation, we require a $300 security deposit which can be paid through PayPal. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you once the reservation is made. We prefer that the same credit card be presented along with valid photo ID at time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between now and 30 days prior to 4:00pm on the date of your arrival, your security deposit is returned minus a $30 processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. However, you may change the dates of your stay without any fee but we cannot guarantee the same rate and same room availability.

Check-in/Check-out times:  Typically, check-in time begins after 4:00pm. Check-out time is at 11:00am, however, after you check-out you may continue to use the water parks all day.

Rates are subject to change. After the completion of your reservation your rate will be guaranteed for your stay.
