We are owners of luxury resort condos that offer accommodations at large discounted rates. If the on-site resort management doesn't book our condos on certain nights, we fill them through this web site and by referrals. We would rather rent them out at a huge discount to you than to leave them vacant!

How it works:

Just fill out the "contact us" page and provide the requested information. It is VERY important to give all the information asked on the "contact us" page. We'll then contact the resort, check availability and THEIR rates which would be the price you WOULD HAVE paid if you booked it directly through them. Then we'll discount their rate from 20% to 60% (with the exception of Wilderness Resort capped at 10% discount). Please keep in mind that rates vary and change on a daily basis and is driven by supply and demand. But don't take our word for it. Call them directly before you contact us and find out what they are quoting. However, please make sure you are getting quoted for the exact same accommodations.

Through us, you'll get the same check-in procedures upon arrival, same accommodations and same access to all resort amenities. The only difference is you'll be paying a lot less than the person in the check-in line behind you!

You will need a credit card and driver's license at hotel check-in. 

*The fine print.....There really isn't any except for Wilderness Resort. At this resort, the owner of the cabin is not allowed to directly book their place to others. Therefore, a rebate check will be sent directly to you  once you provide the check-out receipt showing that you've stayed at the owner's cabin. Just ask at time of check-in for villa "210C". If  available at time of check-in and you stay there, I will send you a check for 10% off your rate.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks from time of submitting your receipt to receiving rebate check in the mail. If you have a PayPal account, I can pay you back immediately once I receive your resort receipt.
